Pull gates installation instructions
There are two types of pull-off gate types: single-opening and double-opening.
There are four types of installation of alien material pull gates.
Exterior type: The pull-out door protrudes on the exterior wall of the door opening.First position and lay the lines, then fix the corner code on the door frame to the wall with expansion bolts.
Interior type: The pull gate is embedded in the door opening, and the pull gate is flush with the exterior wall, slightly embedded or centered.The door frame is fixed with straight or curved codes.Or re-drill the holes in the groove and connect them with the embedded wooden bricks on the wall with long wood screws. You can also use hard steel nails to firmly fix the wall.The full width of the pull-out door is consistent with the width of the inner door frame
Ming Tibet style: The pull gate is installed in the door opening, and the stacked parts of the gate fence are clearly hidden outside the inner door wall.That is, the width of the inner door frame and the width of the gate opening-
Hidden type: The pull gate is installed in the middle line of the door opening wall. The pull gate is fixed with expansion bolts to the wall. The brick wall is hidden in the stacked parts of the fence. The pull gate is the same as the width of the inner door frame. The guide rail of the pull gate protrudes on the ground (about 35mm). It is called a high-rail type; the ground groove type is used to install the guide rail on the ground (about 40mm).When the pull gate is installed and fixed in the door opening, the width and height of the reserved opening should be enlarged by the width and height of the pull gate 10-25mm installation and debugging sequence:
Gate and fence assembly→Insert the U-shaped bolts on the upper and lower rails into the upper and lower fixing holes of the fence flower group (the upper rail notch is equipped with a cover positioning piece)→Set positioning code and nut→Tight nut→Put the U-shaped bolts on the other end of the upper and lower guide rails into grooves→Put on the positioning code and nut→Tight nut→Tighten the positioning code bolts in the grooves on both sides→Fasten the upper cover→The entire gate is installed into the door opening→Correct the verticality and horizontality of the gate→Punch holes according to the positioning code→Use expansion bolts to tighten the positioning codes of the gate→Wax on both sides of the upper and lower rails→Install the gate handle→debugging.
