Because the hand tapping thread has low efficiency and unstable quality, in actual mass production, the main use of good quality and high efficiency machine tapping threads is used.However, during the process of tapping the thread, we must also use the machines and tools correctly, otherwise it will also affect the processing quality of the threaded hole.

 The thread operation method should be light and slow when the tap is about to finish tapping the thread to prevent interference and impact of the tap from the depth of the thread bottom hole of the workpiece. When tapping blind hole threads or screw holes with a large depth, tap should be used.Thread safety chuck to withstand cutting forces.The cutting force under the safety chuck must be adjusted according to the size of the tap to avoid breaking the tap or not being able to enter. The tapping stroke of the tap cutting part length should be rotated on the drilling machine inlet handle to assist the tap into the bottom hole.This can avoid scraping the thread when pulling the spindle down by several incomplete threads.
