How to install and use:

1. Stand the line in advance at the opening position of the wooden board

2. Install a 35mm hole opener, adjust the drill bit hole drilling depth (normally 12-13mm), then lock the limit ring and pass through the ABS drill sleeve.

3. Adjust the fixed size of the quick clamp black press (Note: The tool can adjust the fixed wooden board size to 15-25mm), move the positioner to the scribing and punching position of the wooden board, and lock the quick clamp.

4. Use an electric drill to clamp the pore handle and install the ABS drill cover to the positioner. At a uniform speed, the pores are pressed at a depth of 12-13mm to complete 35mm.

5. Disassemble the drill cover and drill bit, use the supporting twist diamonds, and drill a 2mm screw hole on the left and right sides.

The distance from the 6.35mm hole to the edge is 5mm (note, this distance cannot be adjusted), which is suitable for most commonly used hinges.

7. Install 35mm hinges.
